Privacy Policy
Adult-wellness browsing can be sensitive. Nudex collects only the information needed to operate forms, understand site performance and measure useful outbound actions.
What we collect

What we avoid
We do not request explicit images, detailed sexual histories, medical records or unnecessary identity documents. Product-finder answers stay in the browser; only an anonymous completion event is recorded.
Storage and access
Operational data is stored outside the public website directory with restricted server permissions. Access is limited to site operations. Data may be shared with service providers only when needed to operate hosting, email or analytics and subject to their terms.
Retention
Form submissions should be reviewed at least quarterly. Inactive newsletter records and unsuccessful tester applications should be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Security and aggregate analytics may be retained longer when they no longer identify a person directly.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your email through the contact page. Newsletter communications must include an unsubscribe route when email delivery is enabled. Browser storage can be cleared through your browser settings.
Age boundary
Nudex is intended for adults 18+ and does not knowingly collect information from minors.
